Summer is approaching rather quickly…and it’s HOT here in Australia. To combat the heat and quench my thirst I decided to make some icy cold fruit blocks with leftover fruit that I had in the fridge. These tasty treats are so simple to make. Just pop whatever fruit you like in the blender (I used watermelon and mixed berries), add a splash of coconut water and get your blend on. Pour into ice block holders and freeze – wait then eat. Delicious, fresh and healthy!
