This salad is an easy way to start incorporating more raw food into your diet. It is packed with ingredients that are rich in vitamins, minerals, healthy fats, antioxidants and fibre. Cooked food can make us feel bloated and tired, whereas raw food gives us energy AND retains its nutrients.

What’s in it?
Grated fresh beetroot
Finely sliced cucumber
Freshly cut parsley
Finely shredded purple cabbage
100% pure Grapeseed Oil- 60ml
Apple Cider Vinegar-30ml
Raw Honey-2 tablespoons
Note: You can use more or less depending on the quantity of salad you make and the taste you desire.
Cut and grate all of your ingredients as explained above. Sprinkle with seeds, drizzle with dressing and ENJOY!
